14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Fundations Pro purchases. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact us through getfundations.com and we will process a full refund.
The 14-day period starts on the date of purchase as shown in your order confirmation.
What happens to your license after a refund
When a refund is processed, your Fundations Pro license key is deactivated. The Pro plugin will continue to operate on your site until the next license validation check, at which point Pro features will stop working. The free Fundations plugin is unaffected and continues to work normally.
Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not available for renewals unless there is a billing error.
- We may decline a refund request if there is evidence of abuse (for example, purchasing, downloading, and immediately requesting a refund on a repeated basis).
Renewals
Annual license renewals are not covered by the 14-day guarantee unless there was a billing error. If a renewal charge was made in error, contact us and we will correct it.
How to request a refund
Contact us through the support channel on getfundations.com. Include your order number or the email address used for purchase. We will process approved refunds within 5 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
